All electronic components are vendor qualified, and in-circuit testing of semiconductor parts is a standard practice. The use of advanced fabrication technologies, such as surface mounting of electronic devices, is also standard. In addition, process automation is employed in high-volume production runs to assure consistent product quality. All electronic products have been fully tested in the product prototype stage and are delivered with a full manufacturer's warranty. When a Digital Concepts control system is specified to interact with an existing host system, customized interface electronics will be provided. Technical assistance is also available should equipment modification become necessary.
